New patient referrals are assessed at our weekly IF MDM. Accepted IF referrals may be assessed remotely or transferred to one of our hospitals for assessment.

The length of time the patient will need to stay in hospital will depend on their specific needs.

If you would like to refer a patient for further management please download the attached referral form and fill it out. Referrals should be emailed to the IF coordinator at uclh.referrals.clip@nhs.net using an NHS.net email account.
